Hartford on the Lake

Hartford on the Lake, an apartment community in Columbus Ohio, is a development that JPID was enlisted to convert and upgrade. The Project encompasses exterior upgrades to include paint, roofing, doors hardware and lighting. The apartment upgrades were complete renovations. JPID was also enlisted to redesign the non-functioning clubhouse. The project included relocation of entry ways, business centers, leasing center, common space upgrades, custom cabinetry, furniture, and accessories. This total transformation was completed on time and in budget.
