ARBOR POINTE

PLK Communities, one of the largest apartment community developers in the Cincinnati area, contracted Judith Politi Interior Design to update and renovate Arbor Pointe Communities.

Arbor Pointe Apartments renovated their clubhouse and leasing office in Fairfiled, Ohio. Judith Politi Interior Design provided space planning, interior finishes and specifications, and the selection of blinds, furniture, and accessories.

Judith Politi Interior Design envisioned the space to be multi-functional for everyday use, corporate events, and clubhouse rental parties.  In the clubhouse, there are plenty of seating and gathering options available at tables or soft furniture seating areas. The accent walls and pops of color creates flow and harmony throughout this warm space. As for the leasing office, there are multiple meeting areas available for potential new residence or existing residents, as well as, a comfortable waiting area. The result of the renovations increased traffic, as well as increased profitability.
