Aston Villa Apartments is a complex with 2 story buildings and 264 units in total located in Columbus, Ohio. 

Judith Politi Interior Design repositioned Aston Villa Property by rejuvenating paramount characteristics of the exterior buildings and interior clubhouse/leasing office and creating an overall halcyon design. The design encompasses a bright and clean space with crisp earth tone accents. Finish and furniture materials include metals, leathers, wood, and greenery accessories. Natural light reflects off the white colored walls and ceiling giving a luminous and refreshing place for leasing staff, residents, and guests to enjoy. The painted brick walls add texture and depth in the entrance and at the clubhouse fireplace surround. At the entrance, just up the stair is a brilliant blue coffee bar welcoming guests to the clubhouse and leasing office. The bold copper fireplace hood creates a focal point to draw residents and guests to a cozy, relaxing seating area. JPID is pleased to work with a great team that brought a jubilant and invigorating design to Aston Villa Apartments inside and out.
